Mandalas have been used as centering and awakening aids for millenia in many cultures. Carl Jung introduced them to his patients to help them integrate diverse aspects of their inner selves. In recent decades they have become popularly used as to enhancements in yoga, mindfulness, and a variety of wellness practices. 
 
For me, mandalas are doorways revealing the beauty, color, and magic of life.
